Heidi grew up in Portland Oregon, moving to Seattle for College. After graduating from Seattle Pacific University, and SUNY/FIT she worked in Retail Management, Consumer Products, Consumer Analytics.
Currently she is semi-retired, and is actively involved in volunteer work primarily with CAAA & as a member of The Soup Ladies, who serve first responders delicious & nutritious meals and support during critical incidents, including Local Fire/Police/Search & Rescue, El Paso Shooting, Nashville Bombing, Paradise (Camp) Fire in California, Customs & Border Patrol, ATF, US Capitol Police, and many more. The Soup Ladies have coordinated and aided other Citizens Academy Alumni Chapters for multiple national events.
Heidi Graduated from the Seattle Citizens Academy in 2017, and has been on the board since 2018 serving in the roles of Treasurer, Secretary, and Vice President, and President
She also served on the Critical Incident Response Team for FBI National CAAA. With a passion for serving first responders/law enforcement and to better serve First Responders, Heidi graduated from the Police & Fire Chaplain Training Academy in 2020.
