Our Mission
The mission of the FBI Seattle Citizens Academy Alumni Association ("FBISCAAA") is to foster the special connection between
FBI Citizens Academy graduates and the FBI in working for an informed and safer community.
Agreed Upon 2026 Seattle Goals & Objectives:
1. Organize/conduct community outreach events to raise public awareness on current and emerging crime trends such as cybercrime/elder-fraud, romance scams, Sim swaps, law enforcement impersonation and general violent crime awareness
2. Educate and empower families on crimes affecting children such as sextortion, human trafficking, opioid addiction, swatting and the 764 threat. These are actionable through collaboration during annual community events such as "Touch A Truck" National Night Out" etc. and sharing relevant FBI educational materials and resources
3. Support local, state and other federal agencies within our AOR through their outreach programs, for example cadet explorer programs, youth camps, and citizen academies to facilitate collaborative relationships and promote positive interactions.
4. Support the Field Office core programs, i.e. Citizens Academy, Teen Academy, Seattle University Practicum, DCLA, (Director's Community Leadership Award) and Safe on-line Surfing and serving as FBI mission ambassadors within the community.
5. Organize a community campaign/program geared towards promoting the FBI Story, the Mission, and the people approved by the SAC.
The FBI Seattle Citizens Academy Alumni Association (FBI Seattle CAAA) is a nonprofit 501(c)(3)organization separate and apart from the FBI
