In the absence of the President or in the event of his/her death, disability, or refusal to act, the Vice-President, or in the event there shall be more than one Vice-President, the Vice-Presidents in the order designated at the time of their election, or in the absence of any designation, then in order of their election or appointment, shall perform the duties of the President. When so acting the Vice-President shall have all the powers of and be subject to all the restrictions upon the President and shall perform such other duties as from time to time may be assigned to the Vice-President by resolution of the Board of Directors.
Paige Olivares, Vice-President [2025]
Paige graduated from the 2024 Seattle Citizens Academy and joined the FBISCAAA Board in 2025, initially in the role of Secretary, then taking on the role of Co-President. A driving force in the realm of regulatory compliance at scale within a leading technology giant, Paige leverages her expertise in regulatory compliance and operational strategy, bringing her operational experience to the FBISCAAA Board. A graduate of UC Irvine, she relocated to Seattle, establishing herself as a recognized authority translating her skills into impactful operational strategies. Demonstrating a commitment to civic engagement, Paige further solidified her connection to the community by graduating from the Seattle Citizens Academy in 2024 and securing a position on its board in 2025.
